They're imaging the reflectors on the PMA hatch (photogrammetry).

6:23am Central was the time for Endeavour's side of the hatch closure. ISS side about to be closed.

Some factiods from @NASA:

Hatches closed between space shuttle Endeavour and the space station at 7:23amET - 12 days, 22 hrs, 27 min into the mission.


Hatches between the two spacecraft were open for joint crew operations for a total of 10 days, 23 hours, 45 minutes.
