Looking for old ISS HD videos
« on: 04/14/2011 03:53 PM »
Hello all,
I've been trying to find online two old Videos that NASA released a while ago. I think they were called something like "HD Video tour of the ISS". The first was taken by Mike Fincke (exp. 18 I think) in 2009, the other by Michael Barratt (exp. 20). I can see them on Youtube (in parts), but I'd like to download the single-file, HD versions.
Does anyone know if/where they can be downloaded? I tried a search online and on these forums, but couldn't find them...

Thanks,
Cristian

Here's the shorter HD version of the Mike Fincke tour:

http://anon.nasa-global.edgesuite.net/HD_downloads/finckeHD_720p.wmv (WMV, 161 MB.)

http://anon.nasa-global.edgesuite.net/HD_downloads/finckeHD_compress1.mov (MOV, 153 MB.)

This is the only Mike Barratt tour available. You can download free software that allows you to download YouTube videos in HD:

Thank you!! I downloaded them both.
About the Fincke video: is it available somewhere in its complete form, even if not in HD? If not, I'll try to download the pieces from Youtube and "stitch" them together...
