I have been looking around online to find what the acronym ARINA expands to in Russian but I have been unsuccessful in finding anything. This is a science instrument carried on Resurs-DK. Does anyone know what it is an acronym for, please?

Does anyone know whether Resurs-DK is still operating please? If it is retired, do we know when it happened? Thanks!

Resurs-DK and the three Resurs-P spacecrafts are then to be a quarter of an orbit apart until Resurs-P4 and 5 launch in a few years. Resurs-DK will be pulled out of active service and become a backup spare when Resurs-P4 launches and completes it LEOPS phase.Current parameters available from manufacturer are actively maintaining a near circular 574 km with an inclination of 69.9º to the equator.Latest biannual status and Payload updates from ESA EO Portal: https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/r/resurs-dk1Resurs-DK (Resurs-DK1) companion was RESURS-O1-4R (Renamed to Monitor-E) which ceased most operations in 2008 after ADCS issues and all operations a year before the successful launch of Resurs-P1.

I can rationalise the three Resurs-P satellites being phased 120 deg apart around their orbits as a possibility.
