digicams aboard shuttle

I know the first (b&w) digital cameras flew as early as STS-48 and 49, but can anybody provide a definitive list which includes the change-over to color?  Which was the first mission to carry color digital cameras side-by-side with film?  I have some from STS-82.  I'm not aware of any earlier than that, although there must be.
On the same note, which was the last mission to use film cameras?  I know there are film frames from STS-113, but I can't recall whether they were used aboard STS-107.  Was there some talk of containers with film inside surviving to the ground(?)    STS-114 was the first all-digital mission, and so have all following flights as far as I know.
