My Wife and I leave Auckland, N.Z. for Florida on Sunday. We are confident we'll be able to see this magnificent Ship go Uphill one last time, showing us all what it means to be a Spaceship. We both met Dr Sandy Magnus in the Houston Museum of Natural Science in 2007, purely by accident. She was very nice and seemed impressed that people from New Zealand would recognize her! Little did I know that four years later I'd see her and her crew roaring into Space with
Atlantis.
Rise Up,
Atlantis!! Show everyone that the Future is lit with Rocket Light!!
Godspeed the Crew of STS-135 and
HAIL ATLANTIS!!

Just wanted to let anyone who ordered Gator Causeway tickets that mine arrived today.
So did mine!
Can't wait to get home to open them up and stare at them. LOL.
First time poster here, so hopefully this message doesn't go astray. My tickets from Gator Tours / Gray Line arrived today too (28th June) and I'm UK based. Also, I urge anybody travelling from my part of the world for the first time to heed advice re. sun protection (even though launch will have occurred by noon if all goes to plan). I didn't for Endeavour on 29th April and ended up looking like I'd been gene spliced with a radish! Here's to the closing mission of the shuttle program being a complete success. DSW.

My dad ordered KSCVC tickets for me from Central Florida Tours ( would have preferred causeway but anyway.....) they have arrived from Grayline not CFT. Does anyone know if they have sub contracted? Also, there is no mention of a pickup time from Quality Inn International. I will get on to them tomorrow but has anyone any idea what time to give me a heads up?

I have 3 tickets and a parking placard to get rid of. They are for the STS-135 launch from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. I'm only looking to sell at my cost which is for the 3 tickets and international shipping to me (about $175). These tickets will be available to pick up from me in Orlando on July 7 or I can courier them to you at an additional cost.
If you are interested, send my a personal message.
I no longer need these visitor center tickets as I was able to score tickets to the causeway.
Thanks.

I am in Minnesota and have not received my Gray Line tickets yet. The notice from Stamps.com said they were mailed 6/24 and delivery time was 1-3 days. I am not in a panic, just posting to let others who are still waiting know that they are not alone. Unless...I am the only one still waiting...

Glad to hear you got your tickets

Mine somehow got mixed in with others and were not shipped out with the rest of the batch going to Canada. There is always a chance that this kinda stuff can happen, especially when so many packages need to be sent out in a hurry. Regardless, the package was located and now being shipped "overnight" and I should recieve it by tomorrow. Customer service at GL was amazing and they got it sorted out in a more than reasonable time frame.
@danduc, I think I recall you are being picked up at N. Courtney and heading from Titusville. What time are you planning on leaving Titusville? Just trying to guage what time to leave CB.

I copied and pasted the stamps.com tracking # into USPS tracking and got the more up to date delivery status. That is how I was able to follow my package over the past few days. Give it a try.....

My tickets have only made it to California so far and still have to get to Australia by my Friday.
I guess I'm scrubbed if they don't arrive in time. I should have had them delivered to LA.

Two things,
yes, CFT just re-sells Gator/Grayline Tours tickets. There are only two tour companies, Gator and FDT, that sell KSC tickets besides KSC.
Second, for Visitors Center viewing, your pickup time is 3:30am.

I'm pretty cheesed, so stamps.com & GL said it was shipped on 6/24 & would be 1-3 days - I have been putting the confirmation number in USPS & stamps.com and it's show NOTHING - NOW it she's my tickets leaving TONIGHT from Orlando?!? What the crap!?!

USPS site says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 24, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." USPS does not have a record of receiving the package yet. I called Gray Line. They mailed the last US bound tickets last night and this morning. They also say not to panic until Friday.

That's all good & fine unless your vacation starts before Friday or you have to distribute to friends who aren't staying near you. It's ridiculous that they weren't all mailed at the same time. There is no reason there is a 3 business (5 calendar) day delay.

Anybody else doing the Orlando Princess deal?
I got tickets on the Orlando Princess as a backup before the KSC and bus tickets went on sale. However, I was lucky and got causeway tickets. So, I'm trying to sell the boat tickets on ebay. If anybody wants to buy them, I'll give a fantastic price below cost. They should be pretty good. No real traffic problems, arrive relatively late, and lunch and beverages included.
