Freeze dried icecream
« on: 12/03/2010 10:14 AM »
Hi all

I have tried freeze dried icecream and its not  bad snack.

I was wondering though - has anyone on the forum ever actually made their own? It would be interesting to hear how you did the freeze drying process.

cheers Peter

It flew on Apollo 7 though so it at least made it to space. That should qualify it as astronaut food.
