It means "Launch number 100 - Soyuz Titans". It is a commemorative documentary about the 100th launch of a Soyuz spacecraft (I suppose manned, though I didn't check the count): the Soyuz TMA-13 mission.

This documentary would be cool to get on dvd for any space enthusiest. :) So far the only place that has similar dvd, but of the US spacecraft is SpacecraftFilms.com

It would be cool to see a commerative dvd on the R-7 rocket or Soyuz as those have a big legacy.
