It means "Launch number 100 - Soyuz Titans". It is a commemorative documentary about the 100th launch of a Soyuz spacecraft (I suppose manned, though I didn't check the count): the Soyuz TMA-13 mission.

This documentary would be cool to get on dvd for any space enthusiest.
So far the only place that has similar dvd, but of the US spacecraft is SpacecraftFilms.com
It would be cool to see a commerative dvd on the R-7 rocket or Soyuz as those have a big legacy.
