China conducts successful land-based missile interception test.
The test was conducted on Feb 5, same day as for the NOTAM I copied above for time slot 11:40-12:50 UTC

Were there any notices that indicate some kind of launch out of TSLC at around 12:00 UTC today? There are multiple reports over the Chinese social media (from Beijing, Taiyuan city etc.) of what looks like a rocket/missile launch around that time that was seen all over northern China. Speculations out there seems to point at a sea-based ABM test.

From the video, it appear, that the trajectory of the OS-X launch (red) was lower than planned (blue).
