I didn't notice this before, but you can actually hear a faint bang when the fireball appears in that liftoff video. So at least part of that mix had to have if not detonated, at least burned pretty fast.

Video #58 that Chad describes as including Dragon land-landing and an abort sim, still isn't there.

57 is a Dragon-1 highlights vid.

I definitely would like to see the new video if anyone downloaded it.  It sounds like we missed our chance though.  *sigh*  Why would SpaceX put it up for an hour or so just to take it down?

It seems like a new fad in SpaceX. This is a second time they uploaded video for an hour ant took it back...
