"Walking on Mars" !

I went on a 10-mile cross Morecambe Bay walk this Saturday here in UK

At times, it made me think that this is how it "feel" be to be able to "..walk on Mars.."

And,some of the views of sand ripples and 'river channel' edges are somewhat reminscent of images seen from - in particular - the NASA MER Opportuity.

A few of the images - resized and watermarked - are attached.
