Which times would those have been? Was one of them for the original STS-114 flight in March 2003?
Yes; the other one was for STS-121. Rollover in July, 2005.
Bingo. I had forgotten until recently that Atlantis was originally scheduled to fly STS-121. She was in the VAB ready to be rolled out (with ET-120) for a launch on September 22 of that year.
NESC Safety Assessment results at noon today. Already moving STS-335 timelines to a new NET of June 28, 2011 to align with STS-135 (along with slip of four days to the previous launch date target).
Starting to look like this is all-but nailed on, but very tempting to jump the gun, so will continue to follow and wait for a document saying this is a go.
STS-135 becomes a "Real Planned Mission to the ISS June 28, 2011" - memos arriving, will write up article asap!!

Just so I understand, they don't have to go to Congress for this? Are they assuming an FY11 budget that allows this?
