Working the post-docking steps.

Fresh food and clean underwear tonight!

Along with the European Space Agency (ESA) ATV (Automated Transfer  Vehicle) – preparing for its second launch later this year, and the Japanese HTV (H-II Transfer Vehicle) – also waiting  to launch on its second mission next year – the ISS relies heavily on  the Progress vehicles for critical supplies.

With the expected loss of the massive upmass capability provided by the Space Shuttle via 2011’s retirement, and an ISS extension to at least 2020, problems with the Progress fleet would be a serious blow to providing the required supplies to enable of crew of six to be sustained on the orbital outpost.

Nice to get this potential worry behind us.

apparantly they are talking about the video streaming station crashing.

Windows froze and then crashed. The " sorry, we've crashed - want to send a report?"

Ridicilous, that they're using that up there. But hoorrahh for a succesfull and pin-point docking.

I am glad this docking got more attention than normal.  The operation on the Russian side is just amazing.  4 vehicles at the ISS at a time?  Awesome!

Hard mate.  Hooks and latches closed between M-06M and the Zvezda docking port.  Leak checks up next, and hatch opening expected around 19:30 GMT.

ISS has been maneuvering away from the docking attitude.
