I'm not missing out so just bought a Grayhound VIP tour - All booked and Paid for 
Frosty (Australia)
any info how you receive these tickets ?

guessing they are using IIS webserver. Can be very finicky if the load suddenly increases. Can often kill the webserver until it is restarted.

Yeah - you just print out the voucher and present it when the bus picks you up from one of their pickup points.
They do say you need to ring and conf your pickup point 48 hrs prior
It was very easy and simple to do even from over here in Australia $USD115 all up.

Causeway tickets are not on sale. My mom actually got through to the website and was able to proceed as far as where ticket selection is, but it said no tickets were available at this time.

I applaud them, even though their website got killed, they are on top of keeping us informed via twitter.
