Does this affect the other ranges in the Briz Ms? Such as the Briz KM?
Next Breeze KM flight is scheduled for this summer, with a South Korean payload. If its the engine unit that caused the failure it might delay the Rockot launch as well. As far as I know Breeze M and Breeze KM use the same engine. So I guess it could be effected as well, when the delay is indeed several months. However, the Rockot previous flight also ended in failure, so I guess it depends on more then just the state of their upperstage.
I once heard they are quiet different to each other....but I'll defer to one of our Russians.
I checked on Astronautix for whats it worth. According to that source they both use the C5.98 engine (Or C.98M according to other sources). I believe the main difference is in the auxillery tank. But then I again, I stand to be corrected.
