I have a KML file (load in google earth) of the area that NASA has setup as the exclusion area for the launch that I got from someone tied to the launch if anyone is interested. I can't post it as an attachment since it isn't an allowed file type.

Sounds like the TDRSS data receipt issue has been fixed.
I believe there is still another issue open with support equipment the sits between the spacecraft and the blockhouse.

ORS-1 graphic
http://www.nasa.gov/centers/wallops/missions/ORSgraphic.html
I'm sorry, but one look at the appature on the front of that thing makes my James Bond-adulterated imagination scream 'laser-sat'. It also immediately makes me hear a cultured English voice remarking: "Why, Mr. Bond, what are you doing here? Your pitiful little island hasn't even been threatened yet!"
The underlying reason for the launch delay?
