Gwynn: The window opens for us as far as the boat at about 2:10 PST, however we have interferance with the international space station.

Gwynn confirmed the 2:30 PST (22:30Z) launch time after the ISS clears at 22:28Z

Just an FYI: the live feed does not seem to work for mplayer on Linux. I've tried shifting all sorts of dll's in to no avail.
My Samizdata reporting will have to wait for the video downloads...
