Thought that was interesting, especially the original translation ("your communication is critical" or something to that extent).
FWIW, I think I've heard this back and forth on every landing Soyuz landing I've watched.

Slight deviation to the left of the landing site... may correct itself.

Temperature at landing site is 41 degrees and brisk winds (Rob Navias calls it "very chilly" but I beg to differ...).

Search and rescue have established two-way COMM via VHF, and have sighted the parachutes.  All nominal.  8 minutes until touchdown.

PAO reports two way comm on VHF, haven't heard anything, however maybe it's not making its way into NTV.

MI-8 helicopters have the spacecraft in sight.  Only 4 minutes from landing.
