Thanks a lot Anik !

I just founded that the event is also scheduled on NASA TV

http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/MM_NTV_Breaking.html

(unfortunately, they only use Central East Time and not UTC, it's not really easy to convert for other countries)

The landing times indicated in the Tsup page dedicated to the Soyouz-TMA14 are contradictory: a 1h lag between the time indicated in the table and the diagram...

Where is the right landing time?

Where is the right landing time?

They use Moscow Standard Time (UTC+3) in the diagram and Moscow Summer Time (UTC+4) in the table.

Certain sources at TSUP-M indicate that "not everything is good with an engine at TMA-14". What's this?

The return to Earth of the TMA-14/18S spacecraft tonight will proceed along the following general event sequence (all times EDT):
Events

    * USOS to RS MCS Handover................................................ 7:20pm
    * ISS mnvr to undocking attitude............................................. 8:34pm
    * ISS to free drift for hooks opening........................................ 9:03pm
    * Undock Command.............................................................. 9:04pm
    * Physical Sep / Hooks open / Spring ΔV (≈0.12 m/s)...........9 05pm
    * Sunset............................................................................. 9:57pm
    * Soyuz sep burn #1 (15 sec, ≈0.53 m/s)................................. 9:10pm
    * RS to USOS MCS Handover................................................ 10:56am
    * Soyuz deorbit burn start (115.2 m/s)..................................... 11:40pm
    * Deorbit burn complete......................................................... 11:45pm
    * Separation of Modules (140.0 km altitude............................. 12:05am 10/11
    * Atmospheric Entry (100.6 km altitude) ................................. 12:08am
    * Entry guidance start (80.7 km altitude) ................................. 12:10am
    * Maximum G-load (38.3 km altitude) ..................................... 12:15am
    * Landing (DO2, Latitude 51°02' N, Longitude 69°10' E) ..... 12:32am (10:32am Kazakhstan)
    * Sunset at Landing Site........................................................ 6:47pm

What the Soyuz TMA-14 crew will experience during their reentry/descent tonight:

    * For the reentry, Padalka, Barratt, and Laliberté will wear the Russian Kentavr anti-G suit. [The Kentavr garment is a protective anti-g suit ensemble to facilitate the return of a long-duration crewmember into the Earth gravity. Consisting of shorts, gaiters, underpants, jersey and socks, it acts as countermeasure for circulatory disturbance, prevents crewmember from overloading during descent and increases orthostatic tolerance during post-flight adaptation. Russian crewmembers are also advised to ingest fluid-electrolyte additives, viz., three sodium chloride tablets during breakfast and after the midday meal, each time with 300 ml of fluid, and two pills during the meal aboard Soyuz before deorbit.]
    * Before descent:
      Special attention will be paid to the need for careful donning of the medical belt with sensors and securing tight contact between sensors and body.
      During preparation for descent, before atmosphere reentry, crewmembers settle down comfortably in the Kazbek couches, fasten the belts, securing tight contact between body and the seat liner in the couch.
    * During de-orbit:
      Dust particles starting to sink in the Descent Module (SA) cabin is the first indication of atmosphere reentry and beginning of G-load effect. From that time on, special attention is required as the loads increase rapidly.
      Under G-load effect during atmosphere reentry the crew expects the following experience:
      Sensation of G-load pressure on the body, burden in the body, labored breathing and speech. These are normal sensations, and the advice is to "take them coolly". In case of the feeling of a lump in the throat, this is no cause to "be nervous". This is frequent and should not be fought. Best is to "try not to swallow and talk at this moment". Crew should check vision and, if any disturbances occur, create additional tension of abdominal pressure and leg muscles (strain abdomen by pulling in), in addition to the Kentavr anti-G suit.
      During deployment of pilot parachute (0.62 & 4.5 square meters), drogue chute (16 sq.m.) and main (518 sq.m.) chutes the impact accelerations will be perceived as a "strong snatch". No reason to become concerned about this but one should be prepared that during the parachutes deployment and change ("rehook") of prime parachute to symmetrical suspension, swinging and spinning motion of the SA occurs, which involves vestibular (middle ear) irritations.
    * It is important to tighten restrain system to fasten pelvis and pectoral arch.
      Vestibular irritation can occur in the form of different referred sensations such as vertigo, hyperhidrosis, postural illusions, general discomfort and nausea. To prevent vestibular irritation the crew should "limit head movement and eyes movement", as well as fix their sight on motionless objects.
    * Just before the landing (softened by six small rocket engines behind the heat shield):
      Crew will be prepared for the vehicle impact with the ground, with their bodies fixed along the surface of the seat liner in advance. "Special attention should be paid to arm fixation to avoid the elbow and hand squat" (instruction). Landing speed: ~9.9 m/sec.
    * After landing:
      Crew should not get up quickly from their seats to leave the SA. They were advised to stay in the couch for several minutes and only then stand up. In doing that, they should limit head and eyes movement and avoid excessive motions, proceeding slowly. They and their body should not take up earth gravity in the upright position too quickly.

Good deorbit burn.  Nominal, no trim.

20 minutes from the first major milestone, that'll be the separation of the 3 sections of the Soyuz.

Thought that was interesting, especially the original translation ("your communication is critical" or something to that extent).
FWIW, I think I've heard this back and forth on every landing Soyuz landing I've watched.

Slight deviation to the left of the landing site... may correct itself.

Parachutes deployed.

Temperature at landing site is 41 degrees and brisk winds (Rob Navias calls it "very chilly" but I beg to differ...).

Search and rescue have established two-way COMM via VHF, and have sighted the parachutes.  All nominal.  8 minutes until touchdown.

PAO reports two way comm on VHF, haven't heard anything, however maybe it's not making its way into NTV.

RELEASE: 09-237

SOYUZ LANDING CAPS HISTORIC SPACE STATION INCREMENT

WASHINGTON -- International Space Station Expedition 20 Commander
Gennady Padalka and Flight Engineer Michael Barratt landed their
Soyuz TMA-14 spacecraft on the steppes of Kazakhstan Sunday, wrapping
up a six-month stay. Joining them was spaceflight participant Guy
Laliberte, who spent 11 days in space.

Padalka, the Soyuz commander, guided the spacecraft to a
parachute-assisted landing at 12:32 a.m. EDT at a site northeast of
the town of Arkalyk.

Russian recovery teams were on hand within minutes of landing to help
the crew exit from the Soyuz vehicle and reacclimate to gravity. The
crew members will return to the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in
Star City, outside of Moscow, for reunions with their families.

Padalka and Barratt spent 199 days in space and 197 days on the
station after their March 26 launch. Laliberte launched with the
Expedition 21 crew on a Soyuz vehicle Sept. 30 and returned after
nine days on the station.

Padalka and Barratt presided over the inauguration of a six-person
crew and two space shuttle assembly and resupply missions to the
station. They also were station crew members during the delivery of
tons of cargo and new science facilities for expanded research, and
the arrival of the first Japanese H-II Transfer cargo vehicle.

The station now is occupied by Expedition 21 Commander Frank De Winne
of the European Space Agency and Flight Engineers Roman Romanenko and
Max Suraev of Russia, Bob Thirsk of the Canadian Space Agency and
Nicole Stott and Jeff Williams of NASA.

Space Adventures' Announces Founder of Cirque de Soleil Guy Laliberté Returned to Earth after Completing First Poetic Social Mission in Space

While on orbit, Laliberté orchestrated world wide event to raise awareness of water-related issues

Vienna, Va. – October 11, 2009 -- Space Adventures, Ltd., the only company currently providing human space mission opportunities to the world marketplace, today announced that its client Guy Laliberté and his crew successfully landed in the Kazakhstan steppes after a visit to the International Space Station (ISS).  Laliberté returned to Earth aboard the Soyuz TMA-14 spacecraft with Expedition 20 crewmembers Gennady Padalka and Michael Barratt, who both spent six months aboard the orbiting outpost.

During his 10-day stay at the ISS, Mr. Laliberté shared information about water issues through an artistic and poetic mission, themed "Moving Stars and Earth for Water." The event took place on October 9 in 14 cities around the world.

“We are tremendously proud of Guy for using his skills as a creator and artist to raise awareness for the important issue of sustainable water on Earth,” said Eric Anderson, president and CEO of Space Adventures.  “Guy turned his ideas into reality through this project. We congratulate him.”

Central to the mission was a poem written by Canadian author Yann Martel. The tale was delivered piece by piece, from one destination at a time. The event is available as a re-broadcast via www.onedrop.org.  NASA Television is also re-airing the entire broadcast on October 11 and 12. For NASA TV streaming video, schedule and downlink information, please visit www.nasa.gov/ntv

About Guy Laliberté

Guy Laliberté was born in Quebec City in 1959. An accordionist, stilt-walker and fire-breather, he founded Quebec's first internationally renowned circus with the support of a small group of accomplices. A bold visionary, Mr. Laliberté recognized and cultivated the talents of the street performers from the Fete foraine de Baie-Saint-Paul and created Cirque du Soleil in 1984.

Since the very beginnings of Cirque du Soleil, Mr. Laliberté has insisted on having a social approach as part of the development of the company. Keenly aware that Cirque could play a role as agent of change, over 15 years ago, he created Cirque du Monde, an arts education program for street kids all over the world. He also chose to set up the International Headquarters and creative studios of Cirque du Soleil in the St. Michel district of Montreal, one of the poorest neighborhoods in North America, to stimulate a sense of local pride and ensure the revitalization of the area through artistic stimulation. This paved the way to TOHU, Cite des arts du Cirque, a project he initiated in the same neighborhood. Since early on he has also dedicated 1% of all revenues generated by Cirque du Soleil to social and cultural programs worldwide.

Mr. Laliberté was the first to orchestrate the marriage of cultures and artistic and acrobatic disciplines that is the hallmark of Cirque du Soleil. Since 1984, he has guided the creative team through the creation of every show and contributed to elevating the circus arts to the level of the great artistic disciplines.

In October 2007, Mr. Laliberté entered into a second lifetime commitment by creating the ONE DROP Foundation to fight poverty around the world by providing sustainable access to safe water. This new initiative stems from the knowledge that the right to water is key to the survival of individuals and communities all over the world. It is inspired by the values which have been at the heart of Cirque du Soleil since its inception: the belief that life gives back what you have given and even the smallest gesture will make a difference. Some great photos of the TMA-14 landing:

The capsule seems to have initially hit the ground right in the middle of some tractor tracks - it's a good job there was no tractor present in that location at the time of impact!
