I heard anvil cloud rule.

Anvil cloud? That would imply a connection to lighting, but there's no lightning (or even precip) anywhere near KSC right now.

I did witness one "flash in the sky" around 8 pm directly east of Ormond Beach (north of Daytona) out somewhere over the Atlantic, just above the horizon -- estimating it to be 30-50 miles out.

Does anyone know if any local news/talk radio station(s) provides live coverage or updates of the launch?  I'm leaving Daytona now, but will only have the car radio to let me know if the launch gets scrubbed.

There seems to be some small stuff coming inland from the Gulf coast.   Their predictions might suggest it gets in the way for this South Easterly launch.  Maybe.

Hoping this one doesn't take up all of the launch window!

The blowoff clouds from that must be an issue... If they are no-go for that action right now, there is no reason to try the launch. The activity on radar certainly won't be an issue (it's 120+ miles away) but the clouds will not move out anytime soon.

Man, it's late. Can't imagine being on the launch crew at this hour...
