Let me clarify these numbers for those who do not follow Progress closely. As an example, the propellant numbers are only for that propellant which is not designated for use by Progress itself for maneuvers in space. So, there is an extra 880 kg or so of additional propellant in its tanks. However, if there is a problem, and the Progress cannot dock with ISS due to some technical problem, virtually all of the cargo propellant could be used for docking maneuvers. This is part of the reason that no Progress has ever failed to deliver its cargo to a space station.
