Here's a question for the orbital mechanics gurus. Atlantis is currently in an elliptical orbit, well they all are I suppose but this one has a significant difference between perigee and apogee. What is happening to the position of perigee projected along the r bar to the earth's surface?

No, cable TV relay here. The problems didn't sync with the Media Channel Internet feed, but I saw some of the same on one of the Public Channel Internet feeds...appears to be a little better now...
