There was a remark made about one of the cameras used to affix HST to the FSS having been on STS-1, anyone remember what was said specifically?
The camera under the FSS being used for B&W coverage was used for in-cabin color photos during STS-1.
Edit: eergo beat me to it. Thought they said this morning it was in-cabin, but he's probably right.

Well, we're a few hours past today's launch window...the question would be whether there were any WX violations back then...

very excited, want to thank SSP and everyone else, looking forward to EVA activities, wanted to note that when first saw Hubble there were gasps of elation, amazing sights of Hubble on the arm with the earth in the back ground. John called down that it was an amazing sight, still great looking after 19 years

Mark C: surprised at condition?
A: Did not see anything, John says it looks in good shape
Q: Communications problem question, could command but not see response so had to relay to crew, how unweildly
A: Not simulated, but something similar. Crew and HST could command, but no feedback to crew, lost TDRSS but had plan switched to back antennae and pressed on.

Reuters: Sense of relief, what did you feel like?
A: Megan did a fantastic job, blown away with seeing the telescope up close. Things would not have ripped apart, but expected to see some degradation, beautiful sight, shows size of the telescope
