There's a BSA overview presentation on L2. I'll bump it.
Bumped: "HST Bit Sync Assembly (BSA) Flight Crew Information Package Presentation"
Thanks Andrew! Just read through the presentation, and I did not see anything that could be considered a show stopper for today.

How long we will be still out of KU? And in what time there are scheduled "breaks" in signal?

According to the L2 presentation, the BSA should have a nominal power draw of only something like 16 watts. But I don't see a fan - passive cooling in zero Gee must be fun engineering...

MCC has decided to abandon troubleshooting on the BSA and bypass it in the communications link to the telescope.

PAO just mentioned they do. If they swap out, it will be post rendezvous.

"Hubble Bit Sync Assembly (BSA) Operations Concept Presentation - 14mb" has been bumped too.
If Nigel wants to screenshot anything from those L2 presentations into this thread, feel free.

God, I love how that BSA front panel has a couple 4-light binary number readouts. That engineer must have learned on the Altair....
