You can see in the top left corner the graphic above the path Atlantis would take without burns - the dotted yellow line. At the apogee of that orbit, there will be another burn to continue on the yellow path. I believe the burn at apogee (the top of the little loop) is the TI burn

Crew was given a go for TI prior to the earlier period of ratty comm (although sounds like we're in another one)...TI PAD updates called up to the crew after that...
