FORMOSAT-6 might be the first payload for TSLV. Launch is planned for 2012.

No info so far. I guess they will depend on Taurus or Falcon, maybe Dnepr.

Budget priority is on Formosat-5 and -7. TSLV seems to be canceled on US pressure. Launch date for Formosat-6 will be 2013-14. But not sure on which launcher.
"For his part, NSPO Deputy Director-General Yu Shiann-jeng (余憲政) said the development strategy at his organization was to concentrate resources on the FORMOSAT-5 and FORMOSAT-7 programs.
“The so-called TSLV is not on the development agenda,” he said in an e-mailed response on Friday, comments that would contradict remarks quoted in the AIT cable by Miau in 2009."
