According to Roskosmos the instalation of the 11A511U-FG Soyuz-FG with the Soyuz TMA-15 on the LC1 'Gagarinskiy Start' PU-5 launch pad was delayed by one hour because of gusty winds.

Further delay, installation now scheduled for 16:00 (I don't know if that's local time or Moscow Time)

The anomaly on the Meridian launch doesn't seem to be causing any delays though.

I consider the Soyuz launcher integration to be a very appealing process and am happy that nowadays there is plentiful updates and pictures of it. Thumbs up both to posters here who post them and to Energia And Roscosomos.

Apparantly, a problem might arise due to a fever-risk incurred by Frank De Winne after talking to a Belgian journalist this morning. His mission is threatened with a delay or even a complete cancellation (back up crew instead).

I sincerely hope this is not the case and things will become clear in the next hours. Would be a disappointment for Frank and his crew, after all those years of training.

Greetings from Belgium.

In the event that he cannot fly, would the entire crew be replaced, or just Frank?

The entire crew.
Russian agency just informed that the journalist (or a camereman to be precise) only has a cold, so I hope this will not affect the current planning + crew. I expect more news to be released today.

Is there really a chance of an entire crew change this late in the countdown?

I think that this wouldn't be the first time, but I don't remember in what mission occurred.

Soyuz 11, was one, IIRC. I think Leonov was originally scheduled to fly on it.

Obviously we don't want a repeat of that flight.
