Any particular reason they're interrumpting the scans to look at the T-0 umbilical locations?

Any more news about the potential avoidance manoeuvre for the piece of junk from Cosmos 1275 reported late yesterday?

According to NASA TV commentary sometime before 6 am EDT and awaiting further analysis and confirmation the Cosmos debris is believed to miss ISS at a safe distance; that would mean no change to ISS and Shuttle flight paths.
