More arm-waving or something to look forward to?

http://www.interfax.com/3/461318/news.aspx

In any case, there's a funny and ironic sentence:

Quote

The  future  rocket will be launched from the Vostochny cosmodrome, whose construction  will  start  in  the  Amur region in 2011-2112

Let's hope it's a typo ;)

They're really stretching out these five-year plans...

More arm-waving. Seems that about the time that people have about forgotten the last plan, they announce a new one. I'll be interested when something is sitting on the pad.
