Can someone translate the footnotes about Y9 and Y10?

Rough translation:
4B Y9: Because the 3rd stage engine used the new YF-40A design, the rocket was renamed 4C Y1
4B Y10: Third stage engione failure
Does all of CZ-4 family now use YF-40A for the third stage or are different versions still used and if so which versions are used on which variants. Also were there changes to first and second stage engines such as YF21C and YF24C/D/E or are YF21B and YF24B versions still used. A detailed list of engines currently employed on all of the CZ-2/3/4 launcher families would be helpful.

CZ-2C SMA s/n Y3, which will be used for this launch, has passed review ahead of shipping out - a good indication that the launch is still scheduled for June.

Is the serial number Y3 just for the upper stage?
