That sounds more realistic, but I still don't understand why 10-20mph winds would be over limits. Oh well...

a separation of Meteor-M, Sterkh, UGATUsat, Universitetskiy-Tatyana-2 and BLITS satellites is planned at 17:45 UTC, a separation of Sumbandila satellite - at 18:36 UTC.

Wish I could figure out how to get this running in VLC... Can't get very many shots by this method.. You can see people milling about the base of the rocket
