it will, in about 45min if i got my timezones right...
They will replay the crew wake-up call after the launch coverage as it will happen during it.
Wake up call will be available live on the audio only feed according to PAO.

I have to go to work shortly so will miss the launch however I have always wondered - the cosmonauts end up sitting in this relative position for hours - It really doesn't look that comfortable to me to have your legs cramped up like that.. I wonder sometimes how it must feel to be in this position for lengthy times..
