Sea Launch Zenit-3SL high resolution photo
« on: 07/31/2008 10:31 pm »
I was never able to find a very good high resolution photo of the Zenit rocket used by Sea Launch.  I don't know if anybody else had more luck (or if they really care), but I stitched together a vertical panorama from images I took in May as Sea Launch prepared for the Galaxy 18 launch.

Fantastic stitch, how did you do it?  Personally I am trying to figure out how to stitch for a set of SR-71 pictures I took.

The pictures were taken from the pier at 10x optical and then stitched together using Arcsoft's Panoramamaker.  The program came free with both of the last two digital cameras that I bought (evidently you can buy licenses, though I'm not sure I'd recommend that since there are probably comparable programs that are free on the internet if you look around).
