No, I think 40 mins to an hour is usual. SS1 used to take about an hour to get to altitude.

If you look carefully earlier in the video, that blistering or distortion seems to already have been there, before the engine ignited. Damage in a previous flight, resulting in the addition of the reflective coating?At least that's what it seemed like to me.
