"A phenomenal mission all the way around, from processing to landing.  Things are starting to work like planned.. Doing an EVA while working on outfitting the JEM lab!"  -  Gerstenmaier

"Very happy that Discovery came home safely.  Proud that our module is now on the ISS.  Akih did a good job, Kibo is now in space.  Was my dream to see Kibo in space, and it has now come through.  A great day for Japan and our international relations, we now join the sharing of the ISS."  -  Mamiya

"The orbiter looks extremely clean.  Just a magical moment to be able to walk around the vehicle.  Never gets old, wish you guys could experience it.  Spent some time on Matt Abbot on the SLF, been working on this mission.  He's very happy.  We'll get her in the OPF in about 3 hours, and start processing for the next flight."  -  Leinbach

Marcia:  Do you wish you were launching next month, or do you welcome the gap between these missions?  What about Garret Reisman?

Gerstenmaier:  Even though the shuttle isn't flying, we can be busy with the ISS, so we can start preparing for the 6 person crew.  We will take what we get, there will be advantages.  Reisman told us he, quite frankly, enjoyed the sun beaming down on him.

Leinbach:  We have an actual summer, now.  It's a good summer, we're encouraging the folks here to take some time off while they can.

Dunn seemed a little excited asking about Reisman haha.  She leaned forward in her seat for that question :)

Questioner:  What about the pad, will it be ready for the next launch?

Leinbach:  Yes, we've got people looking at it, but we are confident it will be ready to support HSM (STS-125's) launch.

That was a good question considering some of the discussions going on in the forums here.  Mr. Gerstenmaier's answer was also very good.  He touched on some non-appropriations issues with operating shuttle in parallel with transitioning Constellation from development to operations.

My favorite video... ;)

After Terry Virts relays the go for de-orbit burn - and you can hear Mark Kelly reply with some sounds of celebration in the backround from the crew - Terry gives this enormous grin to Flight. LOL
