Discovery trying to reach the ISS with the 'Big Loop'!

Station is in a handover, and won't hear it, though.  Just 5 Nautical Miles separating the ISS and Discovery.

The long awaited NCC burn video is here!

CDR Kelly can clearly be seen operating the THC (Translation Hand Controller) in the +X direction. This manually fires the +X aft RCS jets. His eyes are fixed on the MNVR display and specfically the VGOs (Velocity to GO) readings. CDR Kelly will have fired the +X jets until the VGO's read near zero.

Allow subject to scream. In space no one will hear.

The long awaited NCC burn video is here!

Thanks Ford, that was awesome. :-)

It was CW McCall's "Keep on truckin" that was played by Garret Reissman.

Got to say, and I know this has been mentioned a lot on the launch day thread for Allard, but the PAOing so far has been very good for this mission.

Mid course correction burn timing may knock back the docking time a few minutes.

MC2 TIG slipped to the +7 minute limit. That delays all subsequent events by 7 minutes.
