I saw a dark-colored FRCS puff (I think) just after SRB-sep, a foam event that passed under the right wing soon after, and the one that bounced off the right underside way too late to be meaningful.
The white room replay was on HDNET apparently.
Sorry, but that is rediculous. Even if there was a dangerous hit, which this is very likely not to be, they won't have any useable data for a day or so yet. This happens with every launch.
The puff was probably OMS assist start at SRB sep plus 10.
There's MANY things that can delay the conferences, debris incidents being only one of them. There's always been debris incidents on every mission, even if very small, and no indication nothing is abnormal at this point.
The puff I saw passed from the front of the orbiter over the right wing.
Usual thing...most people are looking for a sensation just as much as the media likes to provide one. :S
