I noticed foam just after SRB sep - a fairly large piece I think..

EVEN more just now, two small piece from the nose area of orbiter.

Saw it, thought it was a shadow. Did not impact either ways.

I saw 2 incidences of foam loss.  The second one may have involved multiple pieces.

yes, something definitely came off the tank and bounced off the belly of the orbiter.
