Presumably drain back is as usual, for performance?
Allow subject to scream. In space no one will hear.

40 minutes to launch, the ISS is passing southwest of Australia at this time, this is the orbital pass that Discovery will catch up on, the final launch time is 5:02:12 PM, 31 minutes of hold time remaining, Range reports all cameras are ready to track.

Countdown has been quiet in terms of issues.

Don't speak too soon, we still have 40 mins to go!  ;)

One open constraint.  Working on getting it closed now.

30 minutes left in this Built In Hold.

Final Launch Time given to all controllers.

Launch: 21:02:12 GMT
Closing: 21:08:12 GMT

LOX Drainback is 4 minutes 18 seconds.
I copied those differently:

Close at 21:08:59 GMT
LOX drainback hold time of 247 seconds.

With my one ear, I believe I heard they were getting it shipped off to be closed, papers were signed already?

The ISS will cross south Florida and Miami around 4:56 PM with Discovery launching 6 minutes later as the pad 'rotates' into the direct orbital plane of the ISS, the ISS will be northeast of Nova Scotia approx. 1700 miles ahead of Discovery at launch.

Nice shot of the SSME's.  We'll see them firing in just under 33 minutes.

22 minutes to the release of the T-9 minute hold.

Nice overview on NASA-TV on the mods on this ET-128 to reduce foam loss on the feed line brackets and ice frost ramps.
