Does anyone know the launch mass and the tranponder payload of this satellite?
Wonder if this one's headed to a ~110 degree slot, and if so, if they're going to move one of their current birds in that area to a new longitude.
The Echostar 11 satellite will replace the Echostar 8 satellite so its is possible that the Echostar 8 satellite will be moved elsewhere as well.
I was told the launch is planned at 05:21 UTC on July 16th.
This is what ya see on a bad day....tell ya more later.... It has it's relevance.....

More will come out when I know more - and the press-releases come out.
Rumors are just that - so when the press release is out - then we'll know who the unfortunate is... And that can and should then go to a seperate news-thread somewhere else than this thread.
