According to this (thanks for the help Hesidu) the launch of the three Huan Jing satellites will take place in August. I had some previous information that pointed to the launch of Huan Jing-1A and Huan Jing-1B this year (July / August) and that the Huan Jing-1C would be launched in 2009.

Does anyone has any more informations about this?

According to this news, the HJ-1A/B had passed the test in the factory, and about to deliver. And HJ-1A/B will be launched by CZ-2C-SMA(I'm wondering what is 'SMA' stand for ?) rocket. The launch date was not mentioned.

CZ-2C currently has two different optional upperstages (3rd stage), SM for HEO/GTO and SMA for SSO. They are only used when the capability of a 2-stage CZ-2C is inadequate for the mission. 'SM' looks like the abbreviation of 'ShangMian' which means 'upper'.

I'm using the Yahoo! Babel Fish Translation to read the following notice and at some point it says that "...is Group one in the Olympic Games period launch satellite".

Can someone help in this? Can the satellites be launched during the Olympic Games?

According to the reliable sources, this launch is postponed to the second week of September, for non-technical reasons.

So, the launch will not be during the Olympic Games.
