Isn't the "Universal" calendar, especially for science, the "Julian Day Numbering" (JDN) system?  Right now it is about 2454588.67 on the JDN calendar, give or take a few 0.NN.  ;)

Some of Dempsey's (General Dynamics) predictions about changing human characteristics and behavior through chemical intervention seem quite possible. I believe his will be the most accurate prediction. I will be 98 years old, if I'm still alive. I wonder what my kids will think when they read these predictions as grown adults near retirement age.
