Reading the execute package re-rentry procedures lists MS1 (Melvin) and MS3 (Schlegel) as not taking any salt tablets. I thought they were almost mandatory for replacing fluids?

Ground tracks are already there: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/shuttle/shuttlemissions/sts122/news/landing.html
I love it. The shuttle page has a link on the right side of the page for the "landing control center" Seems like a logical place for landing information. There's no link to ground tracks there. Silly me, I shoulda looked down the link called "news"
Thanks for the info.

Just above the fluid loading chart, is the following (emphasis mine):
Consume 8 ounces of water or artificially sweetened (A/S) drink with two salt tablets, or 8 ounces of Chicken Consommé every 15 minutes.
Schlegel chose the consummé; as for Melvin, I believe the Orange Ade has the sufficient sodium content similar in fashion to the consommé.

"I have a question about yesterday's MM briefing when it was said that there was not enough oxygen left on Atlantis to support a Friday landing. Only 8 hours available after Thursday. Does this mean that too much oxygen was transferred to ISS so that Atlantis cannot support 2 weather waive off days? Seems against flight rules to me. Was the Friday no-landing decision done deliberately or have they unwittingly transferred too much oxygen?"
Nothing unwitting was done. The plan was 13+2. Any oxygen above that was to be transferred to ISS. We got about 90 lbs. Might have been able to squeak out a few more but didn't have the time. So we have the 13+2 required and then some, not that it helps much. We will land by Thursday.

The execute package for today refers to EOM+2 being available for a systems waive off day. From what we were told about cryo margin, in terms of oxygen, there is not enough for the mission to last until EOM+2. The exact words were that a Friday landing was not possible. Which is the correct info?

They indicated today in the MSB that Friday was available, but only as a systems day.
