  BTW, can anyone tell me how to attach pictures to these posts?  I trying to avoid posting a lot of junk testing for myself.

• When I open the PDF the TOC links do not work however they are just references to pages further down the document. If you have the links you should also have the rest of the document just page down that.

• Oh dear oh dear, you are quite right.  Sorry, I´ve had an attack of the stupids and did not look at the page count.    It is all there as advertised!.  It is late here and brain fade must have set in.
