Where did you get that image?
And it's Proton-M, not KM. Proton-KM retired years ago.
Are you sure about his designation?
The image is from a Khrunichev transmission...
KM was the designation for a Proton-K with a Briz-M upper stage. I think.
Spot the mistake with the countdown clock.
