Also, when do the US racks get moved into Columbus and which ones will it be?
At 1J/A, two ISPR will be moved.

In five minutes, the spacewalk PET (phase elapsed time - duration of the spacewalk) will be 4 hours, 30 minutes. Complex is now passing south of New Zealand, 219 miles above the South West Pacific Ocean. Rex is still trying to line up the old NTA into its carrier, he was about a yard away from it a few minutes ago.

Rex is now sliding the old NTA into its rails on the ICC-L, moving it aft (back) towards the back of the payload bay. Right side looks good for clearance, the NTA is now in place in its rails, Rex is getting ready to bolt it in place soon.
32 minutes left in this West pass, 43 minutes to sunset.

Great views of the empty nitrogen tank being stored in the payload bay. The live video gives a great feel for the manueverability of something with fairly low inertia in microgravity, even if it is large in size.

From the execute package, it looks like biolab and the European Drawer Rack are moving into their permanent positions today and based on the knee brace transfer (item # 713) it sounds like the EPM got moved yesterday.
Anyone know if the FSL and ETC need to be moved as well or if they were launched in their permanent locations?
FSL and ETC were launched in their permanent locations.
Check these picture.
http://www.esa.int/esaHS/SEMC7BV7D7F_index_0.html
FSL: 3rd picture most right rack.
ETC: 4th picture most right rack.
So the ETC will be in position D4? I was under the impression that it would be at O2, but the source is really old.
Thanks!

Thanks Felix, great helmet cam shots from Hans' EMU while he works on Columbus to install the trunnion covers on the trunnion pins.
Rex is continuing to bolt the old NTA onto the ICC-L carrier in the payload bay.
32 minutes to sunset, this EVA is 4:40 long now. Atlantis is about to pass the equator to start orbit 96 of the STS-122 mission.
