Just saw that the Japanese comsat operator Sky Perfect JSAT signed a launch contract with MHI for launching one of their new satellites (either JCSAT-15 or 16) on an H-IIA rocket in 2016! That's a looonnng time in the coming since they have flown satellites on Ariane (4/5), Atlas (II), Titan (yes - on one of the 4 Commercial Titan III launches!), Zenit (Sea Launch), Proton (which got their satellite dumped in Kazakhstan), and will fly on Falcon 9.....
http://www.mhi-global.com/news/story/1405141798.html
...or maybe it was not JCSAT-15/16? Someone reminded me that Sky Perfect JSat, in addition to NEC and NTT, has formed a consortium named DSN to run and operate 2 X-band military communication satellites (using MELCO's DS-2000 bus) for the Japanese government as a private finance initiative.
DSN-1 is slated to launch in 2016 on an Ariane 5, and DSN-2 is planned in Q1 2017, so maybe there's a chance that this launch contract is for DSN-2 instead? (especially given its mission).
There's apparently a Superbird-8 in the works too (also using the DS-2000 bus), but since it was planned for launch in 2H 2015, it doesn't fit with the schedule.

I think that
this Japanese news report confirms that it's DSN-2 that is being launched on the H-IIA. Which makes sense, since neither this nor the Arianespace launch contract announcements has mentioned the identities of the satellites, while when signing with SpaceX the companies did mention the contract's for JCSAT-14.

I think, this is correct.
Do we have any details on the DSN satellites? According to this
press release, they are built by NEC and carry a X-band payload, but no details are given.
Is it really confirmed, that the DSN satellites will use MELCO's DS-2000 bus?

This document is overview the enhanced Epsilon rocket development project review (i.e. Go fo development).
Epsilon Test Flight-1 vechcle is lacked launch performance for launch of ERG (next Epsilon payload) and for ASNARO-2 fairing envelope.
ERG development is delayed so, Epsilon vechcle 2 is upgraded more capability than original plan.
2nd stage motor is replaced more larger one. 2nd and 3rd stage motor are eliminated extension nozzle.
SSO launch capability will be enhanced to 590kg from 365kg.

3 launches in under 4 months....are they trying to reach EELV flight rates?
