When will be GSLV with Indigenious Cryogenic Engine will be launched? Any updates on proceedings?
The answer is in the tentative launch schedule above.
For reference, the ISRO chairman declared on September 17
"The indigenous cryogenic stage of the GSLV (called GSLV-MkII) had completed many tests in the past few months, and was scheduled for launch in January-February 2013,"

Thanks for the link.
Noting that these missions are either "approved" or "planned" or just "considered", to play it safe I will just keep in the schedule the "approved and "planned" ones.

Launch: A launch of the VENµS spacecraft is planned for mid-2014 on a PSLV vehicle of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). The launch provider is the Antrix Corporation of Bangalore, India.
https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/v-w-x-y-z/venusPSLV launcher was selected by the Israel Space Agency (ISA). ISA also lists Russian Start Launcher as the backup LV for this high priority mission in the event of a major delay preventing launch by 2014. Mission was switched to ISRO from Arianespace due to delay in Vega Programme.

From an abstract of a conference to be held in the U.S. next year, the ISRO is currently investigating expanding the IRNSS constellation from seven satellites to eleven. If this is going to be implemented, we will see more IRNSS launches in the next decade.
The abstract can be found here:
http://ion.org/meetings/abstract.cfm?meetingID=39&pid=57&t=A&s=5" The Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS), under development at ISRO, is an
eleven-satellites constellation, with
three satellites in geostationary orbits at 340E, 830E and 131.50 E longitude,
four satellites at longitudes 550E and 111.50E (two at each with some phase difference) in geosynchronous orbits with inclination 290 to the equatorial plane, and the
remaining four satellites at 48.50, 690, 97.50 and 121.50 E longitudes with 420 inclination."
