  For reference, the ISRO chairman declared on September 17

• GSAT 7 and INSAT-3D are scheduled for launch in the second quarter of 2013. Both satellites will be launched by Ariane 5 launchers from the Guiana Space Center, Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana.

• Launch: A launch of the VENµS spacecraft is planned for mid-2014 on a PSLV vehicle of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). The launch provider is the Antrix Corporation of Bangalore, India.

  PSLV launcher was selected by the Israel Space Agency (ISA). ISA also lists Russian Start Launcher as the backup LV for this high priority mission in the event of a major delay preventing launch by 2014. Mission was switched to ISRO from Arianespace due to delay in Vega Programme.

• From an abstract of a conference to be held in the U.S. next year, the ISRO is currently investigating expanding the IRNSS constellation from seven satellites to eleven. If this is going to be implemented, we will see more IRNSS launches in the next decade.
