A few months ago...in one of my discussions with an ISRO engineer...I learnt of a completely experimental mission of GSLV-MKIII with only the first and second stages in 2012... I doubt if this is feasible.
Also, I assume that the below article may be an incorrect reporting..(though it is very rare of well respected newspapers like The Hindu to report incorrectly)
The GSLV -Mk-III will be launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for experimental purposes next year:
http://www.thehindu.com/news/states/tamil-nadu/article2702196.ece
Well, in June the ISRO Chairman announced flight testing of GSLV MkIII "in the next 2 years", so I'll leave it in 2013 in the schedule, until the Chairman says something different...

President of India inaugurates new SHAR Mission Control Centre
http://www.thehindu.com/news/states/andhra-pradesh/article2769550.ece President Pratibha Patil visited the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC SHAR) at Sriharikota here on Monday and dedicated the new Mission Control Centre to the nation.
She also witnessed a simulation of the launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) at the Mission Control Centre and various exhibits of the advances in space science and technology. The new centre has been developed with state-of-the-art facilities to meet the requirements for the launch of the Geo-Synchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark-III and future missions of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
Later, she visited the First Launch Pad, where the integration of the soon-to-be-launched of PSLV-C19 was in progress.

I thought RISAT-1 on PSLV XL C19 needed the Second Launch Pad (SLP)
(according to Antivista post)
ISRO was forced to move RISAT-1 launch to FLP which doesn't support full assembly and integration services at.
Let's see how FLP is going to handle heavy RISAT-1 payload along with piggy back satellites!
This is due to unavailability of 2nd launch pad, since GSLV flight test preparations are under progress.

Perhaps you may want to update the launch roster with the Venus mission and its tentative launch date of May 2015, which puts it ahead of Chandrayaan-2.

I do not think we will have a GSLV MK III launch this year, if it happens I will be very happy.
For GSLV MK II launch in the middle of the year, do we know if ISRO will be using Indian cryo engine?

Why do you think FLP doesn't have the capability to handle PSLV with multi payloads ?
FLP has been used for multi payloads missions before. For example PSLV C7 mission..
Also..SLP doesn't hold any GSLV vehicle as of now but yes...mock drills for integration of MKIII vehicle are going on ..!
Later, she visited the First Launch Pad, where the integration of the soon-to-be-launched of PSLV-C19 was in progress.

Some more bad news...
RISAT-1 mission is not scheduled for March-2012. It may slip further to April or May. Some sources have told that the vehicle is waiting for the satellite to arrive from ISAC center at Bangalore.
Also ISRO seems to be plagued with internal revolt by a section of scientists loyal to former chairman Mr. Madhavan Nair.
