  AFAIU, the 12 foreign payloads to be launched by PSLV from mid-2011 to mid-2013 could include the following satellites:
  
  4 from Canada: NLS-7 (aka CanX-4 & CanX-5), Nemo-AM?, Sapphire, Neossat
  2 from Indonesia: Lapan-A2, Lapan-A3
  2 from Germany: EnMap (not N-Map!), Orbcom AIS (OHB-Germany)?
  1 from Luxembourg: Luxspace AIS?
  3 European Universities: Tugsat-1 (aka CanX-3b or Brite-Austria), Venta?, UniBRITE/CanX-3a (University of Vienna)?
  
  According to the article, the contract for the French SPOT-6 (not EnMap!) is still under negociations

  The UVIT CDR is happening now with a projected launch date for ASTROSAT in April 2012. Aditya will take at least 3 years. No work has started yet and there are serious questions about the detectors.

• GSAT-14 will launched  indigenously developed GSLV D-5 during mid-2012. ISRO has planned to launch GSAT–12  during next month. After launching Meghatropique satellite in September 2011, the ISRO will be concentrating on the launching  RISAT–1 during December this year.
