GSLV-D3 Failure Analysis Report
(Ref) -
The root cause is the failure of the Fuel Booster Turbo Pump (FBTP) and failed to pump LH2 to the thrust chamber of the Main Engine. Next GSLV with indigenous CUS is planned in a year. In the meantime, next 2 GSLVs would fly with the available Russian CUS.
